Define How Easygo Approaches Structure and Progression at Scale as Our First Total Reward Lead. What’s in it for you?: Join us at a pivotal stage of growth where reward is evolving alongside the business. This is a high-impact role within a lean, high-performing People team, accountable for how reward, benefits and recognition are designed, delivered and evolved globally. It offers real scope to influence reward decisions and shape frameworks, balancing rigour with pace. Your role with us: You will be the go-to expert for remuneration, role analysis, benefits and recognition, bringing consistency and confidence to complex work across the function. Ownership sits with the day-to-day execution of our reward approach, while also helping shape its future direction as a thought partner to the Head of Performance, Reward & Talent. As we expand into new markets, you’ll contribute to our global reward strategy by combining best-practice thinking with local nuance, using insight and analysis to guide direction.
