Description Physical Therapist - PRN/Supp Odessa, WA: Job Details: Description: The PRN/SUPP Physical Therapist will be responsible primarily for In-patient coverage, but will have potential for outpatient coverage as well for administering physical therapy treatment directly to patients and/or supervising the delivery of treatments by Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) or Athletic Trainers, ensuring the highest standard of patient care. This PRN position pays $80 to $100 per hour. Essential Functions: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred for physical therapy, assess their physical condition, and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical judgment and evidence-based practices. Directly administer physical therapy interventions, including but not limited to exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to achieve optimal outcomes for patients. Supervise and provide guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) or Athletic Trainers, ensuring proper technique, adherence to treatment protocols, and patient safety.
