Overview MSA is seeking a Project Engineer – Transportation in Madison, WI to focus on traffic and roundabout planning, design, and engineering services. You’ll lead projects from traffic studies to roadway and intersection design, with WisDOT experience highly valued as you deliver safe, efficient solutions for communities across Wisconsin.
