Description: The Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant drives commercial vehicle sales and manages customer accounts for our Mercedes-Benz of Seattle dealership. The role requires an enthusiastic, self-starting sales professional with deep knowledge of commercial vans. Responsibilities blend sales, account management and relationship building to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. - Mercedes Sprinter Van experience preferred but not required! Key Responsibilities: - Drive Sprinter sales and profitability – Sell new and pre-owned Sprinter vans and consistently meet or exceed dealership goals. Successful sales consultants positively impact gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction while conducting business ethically and professionally. - Use CRM and maintain accurate records – Manage all customer contact through the dealership’s CRM system.
