Job description

The Supervisor, Production oversees the operations of an assigned production area to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved. Ensures physical and workforce resources are adequate to meet the organization's production schedule. This position will serve our Water Heating Division, located in Montgomery, AL . Relocation Assistance is available. Responsible for the quantity and quality of work of the assigned group and coordinating work with other sections or departments for the purpose of efficient operation. Responsible for ISO procedures, day to day record keeping and charts. Responsible for planning the flow of production through the assigned section or department, and effecting improved methods and procedures for higher production efficiency. Assist in the setting of fair and equitable standards on all operations. Responsible for meeting all schedules established for the assigned section or department. Interpret instructions, specifications, handbooks, blueprints, engineering drawings, and company policies to hourly employees.
