Job description

This position will be a combination of Outpatient Physical Therapy in a clinic setting as well as high school/college coverage. Provides services to patients in order to prevent, assess, alleviate or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain. Responsible for treating patients in an outpatient setting. Responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly. Will work with patients using current technology, treatment techniques and modalities consistent with department and hospital policies and procedures. Schedule: - Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Onsite - Days and evenings | 8-hour shifts | Typical clinic hours Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm and Friday 7am-4:30pm. - Some evening or weekend hours for game coverage. Qualifications: Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit.
