The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) seeks a Project Manager of Finance Operations & Analytics within the Office of the CFO. This role performs highly responsible, complex, and specialized scientific and analytical work, requiring wide latitude for independent judgment and decision-making. Under the general direction of the Senior Project Director, and supporting the CFO and Deputy CFO, the Project Manager will direct and guide major research and analytical activities, develop and evaluate methodologies for financial and operational analysis, and conduct advanced investigations across multiple fiscal and administrative systems. The role leads high-impact projects involving forecasting, compliance, workflow evaluation, systems analysis, and operational performance improvement across the agency.
