Packaging Engineer

Job description

Job Summary: The Packaging Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, and implementing packaging solutions for inbound raw materials, production work in-progress, new product innovation and finished packs for shipment to customer domestic US and interational. This role works closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure packaging supports safe handling, regulatory compliance, efficient material flow, and cost‑effective production. The Packaging Engineer drives continuous improvement, resolves packaging‑related issues, and supports new product launches by creating robust, scalable packaging systems tailored to the unique requirements of high‑voltage energy storage products.
