Outdoor Supacentre is one of Australia's fastest-growing outdoor lifestyle retail businesses, with a national footprint across retail stores, distribution centres and eCommerce operations. As our business continues to scale, workforce technology is critical to how we manage labour productivity, compliance and operational efficiency. We are seeking an experienced UKG Systems Administrator to take enterprise ownership of our UKG workforce management platform, ensuring it is optimised to support workforce planning, scheduling, time & attendance and labour cost management across the business. The Role: Reporting to the Technology & Project Director, you will act as the enterprise system owner and subject matter expert for UKG Ready. You will manage system configuration, governance and optimisation while partnering with Payroll, IT and operational leaders to ensure the platform delivers measurable outcomes across workforce productivity, labour cost control and compliance.
