DMC Application Support (m/f/d) - Antalya, Iraklion, Palma de Mallorca - Permanent - Full-time - asap Share this job!: Your Digital Mission: ​ ​ - Provide professional and timely application support to DMC agency users across the network - Investigate, analyse and troubleshoot system and process-related issues within our operational travel systems - Act as main liaison between DMC agencies and third-party system providers - Manage ticket communication, escalation processes and expectation alignment - Provide guidance on system functionality and configuration - Contribute to data quality assurance and system consistency - Identify recurring issues and proactively propose process or system improvements - Support online and on-site system trainings in collaboration with internal teams and external providers - Contribute to cross-network projects within the DMC organisation as required - Ensure compliance with defined KPIs and service standards Your Tools & Skills: - Proven professional experience within the tourism or travel industry - Strong understanding of DMC operational processes and corresponding system environments is highly advantageous - Experience in application support, cus...
