Job Description About the role: We’re hiring Brand Managers into multiple Base Marketing teams. You’ll own profitable growth for a consumer brand or portfolio by turning consumer and performance insights into clear strategy, strong in-market execution, and tight cross-functional delivery. You’ll lead across the marketing mix, manage P&L, and drive work with partners in Sales, Insights, Finance, and Operations. What you’ll do: - Own in-year performance and build 1-year / 3-year growth plans rooted in consumer and category insights - Monitor business performance (share, volume, revenue, household penetration, repeat/buy rate) and drive actions to improve results - Own marketing budget and P&L levers; allocate investment to deliver profit, volume, and share targets - Lead cross-functional teams through commercialization, renovation/innovation, packaging, quality, and process improvements - Partner with Sales to develop customer programs and execute across channels (including ecommerce) - Influence stakeholders, set priorities, and drive multiple workstreams with clear timelines and ownership - Coach and develop junior team members as applicable What we’re looking for: Our Total Reward...
