Job description
As a Registered Nurse with The Menta Education Group, you will oversee the health and well-being of students, act as a resource for health education and maintain student records and data for compliance purposes. RN will support two locations: Menta Academy Belleville and Menta Academy Millstadt, alternating days during the week. 6400 W. Main St. Suite 3 "O" Belleville, IL 62223 425 S. Veterans Dr. Millstadt IL 62260 8:00am-3:30pm CT, Monday-Friday, following a school calendar Direct Hire with our school: Return school year after school year (no annual contract) No Nights, No Weekends Responsibilities: - Provide first aid care and medically prescribed services. - Obtain and review consents for medication administration in school. - Document each instance for medication administration. - Train designated staff on medication administration and documentation of medication administration - Maintain security of school health supplies. - Instruct students in health education. - Correspond with parents and medical providers on the health needs of students. - Record immunizations, health findings, and other relevant health data. - Maintain accurate related service logs updated weekly. - Coo...
