Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Deliver technical training virtually and in-person through a variety of formats including seminar style, small group coaching, and hands-on, from 1 – 8 hours in length to effectively transfer theoretical knowledge to actual live diagnostic strategies. - Through phone, in-person and electronic communications develop relationships with stakeholders to effectively schedule training within assigned market area. - Effectively demonstrate on vehicle diagnosis/repair procedures and objectively evaluate the diagnostic skills and aptitude of service technicians. - Provide automotive subject matter expertise in support of t...
