Nurse Clinician, Vascular Surgery - UI Heart and Vascular Center - ( 25003968 ) Description No Nights, Weekends or Holidays!: As a Vascular Nurse Clinician, you'll play a vital role in independently coordinating and facilitating patient care between multiple disciplines within both the confines of UI Health Care and the local communities. Nurse Clinicians will facilitate the continuum of care across our main campus, Iowa River Landing, and other campus locations. Provides nurse triage for patient conditions and referrals, while working closely with patients over the long term, building meaningful relationships while supporting their recovery and wellness journeys. The Vascular Nurse Clinician will design and implement health information for patients and families Our clinic operates Monday-Friday and is closed nights weekends, and holidays! Hours are flexible with 8 and 10 hour shifts available; schedules can be discussed through the hiring process.
