Responsive recruiter Benefits: - Flexible schedule - Opportunity for advancement - Training & development Job Title: Swim Instructor: Shift Availabilities: Weekday Evenings 3:45pm - 8:00pm and/or Weekends (9:00am - 2:00pm). Reports to: Deck Supervisor: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Summary: Instructs students on water safety and proper swim techniques based on thorough knowledge of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. NO CERTIFICATION is required to start! Duties and Responsibilities: Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor and/or childcare provider required. Swimming experience is preferred not required. Certificates and Licenses: A valid Lifeguard (CPR, AED and First Aid) certification is required or must be obtained with in 30 day of employment. Work Environment: While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat and humidity.
