Main Responsibilities: - Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to navigate ambiguity and shape solutions. Take initiative and help define what needs to be done. - Lead problem discovery, not just execute solution design. - Use continuous, lightweight discoveries, run rapid experiments, build prototypes, and validate design decisions before building. - Talk to users regularly through low-effort, AI-assisted research activities.
