JOB SUMMARY: The Skid Loader is responsible for placing finished cases, bags or totes of product onto pallets. Identify proper labeling of product and code dating. Keeping work area clean and organized. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Place finished cases, bags or totes onto pallets for shipment. - Perform assignments on all lines. - Count and stack cases according to pallet configurations. - Visually identify good or bad cases, bags or totes. - Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.'s) at all times. - Verbally communicate instructions, problems, etc. to co-workers, supervisors and employees from all departments. - Work with minimal supervision and at times independently. - Meet Company attendance standards of start and end time for work as scheduled. - Comply with all safety, health and environmental regulations as prescribed by law. - Comply with Company rules, regulations and policies. - May perform other functions as assigned.
