RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The IT Product Owner leads the development and evolution of RaceTrac’s web and mobile experiences—including native iOS and Android apps and modern web platforms. In this role, you’ll take ideas from concept to delivery by translating business needs into clear, actionable work that engineering teams can execute. You’ll serve as the key connection between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring every feature is well-defined, feasible, and aligned with our goal of creating simple, seamless experiences for both our guests and store teams. This role is ideal for someone who is highly technical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, improve delivery quality, and drive efficiency across the product lifecycle.
