Role Summary: The Senior Applications Analyst is responsible for the Applications Management of Tier 1 applications. This position ensures each application is adopted, understood, and delivers measurable business value across the organization. This position partners with project stakeholders, functional leaders, and software vendors to support stable adoption, roadmap alignment, patch impact assessments, and business readiness for upgrades. This position also focuses on business ownership, stakeholder engagement, training and communication, metrics reporting, and vendor partnership.
