This position ensures equipment reliability, safety compliance, and production uptime through proactive maintenance planning, technical leadership, and effective supervision of maintenance personnel. Maintenance Operations Leadership: - Manage preventative maintenance support for the Middlefield Manufacturing Facility and coordinate maintenance activities across all shifts. - Develop, prioritize, and schedule preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. - Support and lead the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program including scheduling, tracking, and documentation. - Assist with troubleshooting major production problems and equipment failures. - Ensure maintenance activities support plant productivity, quality standards, and equipment reliability. - Provide technical assistance and direction to maintenance...
