Job Type: Faculty Job Description: The Assistant Director of Clinical Operations serves as a leader in the College of Dental Medicine. The incumbent supports the strategic planning, administration, and daily management of clinical programs within the CDM Oral Health Center (OHC). This role ensures efficient clinic operations, sufficient faculty for supervision of clinical education, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and an optimal learning environment for students, residents, and faculty. The position works closely with clinical leadership, academic leadership, and administrative teams to align clinical services with KCU CDM’s mission. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with the Assistant Dean for Integrated Biomedical and Clinical Sciences, Assistant Dean for Curriculum and Integrated Learning, CDM Administration, clinical faculty and staff to provide care for patients at the OHC; Oversee day-to-day operations of the Oral Health Center, including monitoring patient flow, scheduling efficiency, and clinic utilization; Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve clinical education & performance; Strong communication s...
