Purpose: Contributes to the overall success of the Risk Analytics Department in the U.S. ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. What You’ll Do: Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Contribute toward the risk assessment programs including U.S. risk identification program, Top and Emerging Risk Assessment, RCSA, Risk Management Effectiveness etc.) Run workshops for assigned business lines Work with stakeholders across Lines of Business, Risk Management to develop, maintain and update the material risk inventory, control framework, and risk identification processes.
