The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. The Director of Area Sales (ADOS) is responsible for overseeing sales performance and fostering a strong sales culture within their assigned portfolio. This leadership role is vital to driving total revenue performance for Aimbridge Hospitality. The ADOS is expected to work as needed to fulfill all job responsibilities and to ensure the success of the sales team and properties under their direction.
