Description SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Vice President for Facilities, Development and Management, the Executive Director of Facilities Services provides leadership, supervision, and compliance with best practices in the following trades: facilities maintenance, grounds, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanics and minor capital construction projects. Qualifications: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (including but not limited to) - Direct and manage staff and trades to ensure they complete assigned projects, work orders on schedule and within budget - Monitor and maintain data analytics within work order management system to measure performance and benchmarks - Monitor and maintain property/space management system to ensure proper preventive maintenance, routine maintenance and legacy servicing - Provide direction and administration of personnel issues, payroll issues, and performance management issues - Involvement and oversight of minor capital construction projects, vendors and renovations - Manage facilities issues for schools, students, faculty, staff, and housing staff, including estimates, oversight and planning - Work in concert with the Campus Safety and VP to decid...
