The Pro Pathway Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Youth Development, players, coaches, and various team staff to ensure smooth operations. This position requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and time management abilities. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate all aspects of player and staff relocation, including housing, transportation, and reimbursement procedures, primarily supporting the New England Revolution Academy Staff and players as needed. Coordinate team travel logistics for the Revolution Pro Pathway players and staff, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, meals, training, equipment and other team needs.
