POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Program Management will be responsible for managing PMO teams and overseeing programs from concept through launch. This position will present the status of each program to management including milestone planning, deliverables, launch readiness, risk assessment, and will coordinate Gate reviews. This role will lead a multi-disciplinary team to achieve Real Truck organizational goals within budget. This position will track and ensure the health of related projects as they correlate to the successful implementation and maintenance of the program lifecycle. CORE FUNCTIONS: · Implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. · Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached and delivered to schedule. · Support financial goals by forecasting program requirements, supply input for programs and annual budget.
