STARTING RATE: D.O.E. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 years old LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid Driver License and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old). JOB SUMMARY: The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing Catering events booked at any Mesquite Gaming event or banquet space, for example, weddings, corporate social events, etc. The Catering Sales Manager will work directly with the Sales and Catering teams to grow potential and current catering-related business. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 2 years of Catering or Food Services experience is required. Catering or Food Services experience in a hospitality resort is a plus. This person must be a self-starter with an outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with new and established clients and has excellent written and oral communication skills and telephone etiquette. This person must present a professional appearance. This person must be able to handle the stress of multiple tasks; must be able to organize and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
