Account Manager Position Summary: The primary function of an Account Manager is to establish and maintain strong client relationships and develop strategies to improve sales with new and existing accounts across multiple yards. Duties & Responsibilities: - Inside sales support for strategic accounts. - Develop relationships with new and underperforming accounts. - Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer service. - Increase the sale of new products and identify opportunities for expanding the overall product offering. - Maintain accurate records of sales activity, orders, quotes and pricing. - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending PKs, educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. - Answer technical questions across the entire product line. - Collaborate with outside sales and yard managers to develop an overall sales strategy focused on growth and profitability. - Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of related work experience - Strong Microsoft office skills - Advanced skills in Excel - Proficient in Trend, MS TEAMS, GTS Direct and...
