- Permanent - Sydney based - Hybrid (Work flexibly 2-3 days in office) What's the role?: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Analyst, Business Optimisation. In this role, you will specifically focus on supporting the Group Customer Operations view of its process landscape, including the transition away from a manual inventory to an intelligently sourced process inventory. Thissignificantly contributes to the Group Customer Operations transformation agenda, especially with a the process landscape being simplifies under Westpac’s strategic transformation program, UNITE. The initiatives you lead could contain various solution options that span technology, digitisation, automation, and business process simplification. You will partner with senior executives, business process owners, fellow project professionals, solution designers and architects to define business problems, benefits and solutions, and deliver end to end project outcomes.
