City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift: Swing Shift Overview: Sentara Urgent Care Centerville is now hiring a Full-time Patient Care Specialist in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach, VA area! Coverage may be required for the following clinics: Wards Corner - 7435 Granby St., Norfolk, VA Little Creek - 1326 E. Little Creek Rd, Norfolk, VA Centerville - 1944 Centerville Tpke, Virginia Beach, VA Schedule: Clinic hours - 8:00a.m. - 8:00p.m. Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday, 8am-4pm. Schedule will consist of 2 12-hour shifts. 1 8-hour shift and 1 6-hour shift with alternating weekends. Overview: As a Patient Care Specialist with Sentara Healthcare, you will provide non-clinical support within a physician's office and ensure an excellent patient experience by performing a variety of complex administrative tasks to support patient care delivery. Primary duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and answering patient questions.
