Description SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of all physical aspects of the plant. This role involves managing a team of facilities maintenance professionals, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing cost-effective strategies to optimize facility operations. The Facilities Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient manufacturing process to meet production goals and quality standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintenance Leadership: Direct and lead a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, and other facility support staff. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure. Coordinate and schedule routine inspections, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality.
