Translate business priorities into engineering plans and advocate for your team's needs with leadership. Build a culture of code review, knowledge sharing, and constructive technical debate. Technical: Own technical direction for your team's services: architecture decisions, API design, infrastructure patterns, and build-vs-buy tradeoffs.
