Description SUMMARY: The Associate Director of Equity & Inclusion supports Greenhill’s mission by cultivating relationships and facilitating programs that help students have what they need to participate fully in the life of the School and reach their deepest potential. The Associate Director is a thought partner to the Director of Equity & Inclusion on operational and strategic matters related to the Office of Equity & Inclusion with a focus on students, families, faculty, staff, and other constituencies of Greenhill School. This is a full-time, 10-month, exempt position. Some evening and weekend work is required. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the operation and sustainability of the Student, Employee, and Family Inclusion Councils in collaboration with the Director of Equity & Inclusion. - Facilitate the establishment and maintenance of student affinity groups, including support for adult sponsors. - Plan and coordinate student experiences at various local and national conferences and gatherings. - Partner with divisional leadership to create and implement student, employee, and family programming that supports the goals and objectives of the Office of Equity & Inclusion. - Support...
