Within the context of a client and family centred care model and in accordance with established vision and values of the organization, position provides scheduling/booking, data entry and extraction and clerical and reception functions for the area. Duties include scheduling/booking a variety of client/patient appointments and follow up visits, tests, and referrals to other physicians and/or hospitals, preparing and confirming accuracy of client/patient information, entering data into several separate databases such as PCIS, FoxPro, Renal Soft, PROMIS etc., updating statistics on client/patient attendance and other information, performing data reconciliation as required and preparing statistical reports at the request of the Manager or other team member.
