Job Description: This role will support the successful implementation, onboarding, and adoption of a new enterprise monitoring and observability solution across the organisation. This role blends change management with business analysis to ensure technology enablement is translated into effective operational use. As this is the organisation’s first enterprise‑wide monitoring platform, the role will work closely with business owners, IT and OT operations teams, application owners, and vendors to define requirements, onboard systems, support adoption, and transition teams into business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations.
