Transformation Office Intern

Job description

The Transformation office Intern will be a key member of the Transformation Office team, reporting to the managers of the team. The role will be based in Madrid. The Transformation Office Intern will work side by side with HR Transformation managers to define and ensure adequate and consistent implementation of several strategic projects across all HR functions. The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders from all countries where the company operates to make sure the company is operating consistently and implementing the defined engagements across different geographies. This role provides a unique opportunity to get hands-on with automation and digital tools. The Transformation Office Intern will help design, build, and optimize solutions that make everyday work easier and smarter. You don’t need to be an expert in these tools yet, what matters most is curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn and create.
