As an Assistant Mortgage Banker, you will be a frontline member of one of the busiest teams in our Retail Mortgage division. Qualified applicants must reside in a commutable distance to our North Miami office at the time of application and be able to work onsite Monday – Friday. Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist the Senior Vice President, serving as primary liaison among customers, internal operations support, realtors, and title companies - Help manage the Senior Vice President’s pipeline while working with Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams to ensure loans get closed in a timely manner - Set and maintain proper expectations with all parties on the loan file - Structure loans in Encompass loan origination system - Analyze package for completeness to ensure loan file meets investor guidelines - Prepare mortgage applications and disclosures for signing - Complete Bank’s customer service training and apply to everyday communi...
