As the Vice President of Operations (General Manager), you will lead a team of 5-7 direct reports, ~70 centers (chronic dialysis centers and home dialysis programs) with annual revenues of ~$350+M with 700+ teammates. This is an onsite role requiring travel throughout the territory. This Division is part of a larger group: Team Polaris. Team Polaris as a whole is a $1.5B+ business with approximately 7,000 teammates and, as a key member of DaVita’s field management team, this position is responsible for the general management and oversight of operations within an assigned division. As the Vice President of Operations you will provides strategic, tactical and team leadership, counsel and direction to the field management of DaVita to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic and ethical patient care.
