The opportunity: Day-to-day responsibilities: - Takes people management responsibility for group of people across squads for different roles - Conduct formal performance reviews, identifying strengths and areas for development, with support of Squad Captains, Product Owners and Scrum Masters - Coaches and mentors Chapter members in their career path, and team membership. - Defines and sets out Training paths for skill development in the field in collaboration with HR - Works as technical release manager on full CICD to our cloud platforms - Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure rapid, reliable, and secure software delivery (build, test, packaging, deployment, o...
