Job description

Location: 355 North 5th Street Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function : Provides internal and external customer service in a centralized Loan Servicing Center and performs various administrative and clerical duties in support of the operation of the Loan Systems Department (Loan Processing and/or Insurance/Escrow processing). Duties and Responsibilities: May perform some of the following functions for loans: Performs file review and on-line data entry and verification of loans (installment, mortgage, commercial, Letters of Credit, & PCR), which includes establishing accounts for guarantors and co-borrowers. Floor plan maintenance and daily processing Maintains application systems by performing maintenance tasks and reviewing reports such as Maintenance Cross-check. Performs account maintenance such as billing adjustments, payment schedules, risk rating changes, commitment and note changes, etc. Completes the review of loan billings and late notices and researches and resolves any discrepancies.
