This role focuses on client and front-office engagement, ensuring timely collection of KYC documents and resolution of queries. Responsibilities: - Initiate and manage outreach to clients for document collection - Coordinate with relationship managers and compliance teams - Track and follow up on outstanding documentation - Maintain communication logs and outreach trackers - Provide updates to periodic review teams - Support audit-readiness and documentation completeness - Contribute to continuous improvement of the outreach process and client experience - Escalate delays or issues in obtaining documentation to appropriate stakeholders.
