Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for technology, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware. - Assist users with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications). - Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner. - Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance. - Support account setup, password resets, and access issues. - Document technical issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing. - Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed. - Assist with new user onboarding and workstation setup. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) a plus. - Hands-on experience managing on-premises Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), and Microsoft Intune. - Basic understanding of computer hardwa...
