Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business. People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the CPM Operations team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM, via demonstrable initiatives to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A winning attitude combined with a digital mindset is essential for success in this role. The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are: Supporting the Field Teams with administrative support to enable them to do the best possible job in field, while ensuring our clients have the necessary administrative support as required. Reporting / IT: · Preparation and distribution of client reports as per agreed timelines. · Use the full range of MS Office software with a real focus on MS Excel. · Act as the first point of contact for Field Team IT issues such as IPAD access and password recovery and escalate to the CPM IT Team if necessary. · Preparation of accurate customer invoicing.
