Triumph Integrated Systems - Electronics and Controls, located in Forest, Ohio, is a leading independent aerospace supplier of mission critical thermal and fluid management products for commercial and military platforms. The company provides solutions utilized on aircraft, engine, advance weapons pods, cruise missiles, avionics & electronic systems. Responsibilities: Performs all required assembly operations, including using manual press for shelling and operating both roll former and 5 point stacker, a variety of inspection/checking duties on assemblies; rework and repair operations as required in the normal process steps; disassembly, miscellaneous finishing procedures; remove burrs and other surface defects; alloy tubular units as well as re-alloy tubular units on repair processes. Supporting both braze and engineering as needed, and cleaning in a dynamic, fluid team oriented work cell. - All applicable assembly processes. - Maintain all required data and records in a complete and timely manner. - Utilize any and all hand tools. - Rework and repair parts per Aerospace standards. - Consistently comply with all safety policies and work procedures. - Monitor fixtures that need repa...
