Job description

The Senior Hydraulic Technician is responsible for performing complex diagnostics, advanced repairs, and complete overhauls of hydraulic systems and components. This role ensures all work is completed to the manufacturer's specifications and safety standards. The technician will troubleshoot, perform repairs, and test components to ensure proper functionality. Responsibilities of Position: - Perform advanced diagnostics, tear down, inspection, and complete overhaul of hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, and integrated systems. - Precision measuring of all dimensions. - Interpret complex hydraulic schematics and technical data to identify issues and recommend solutions. - Accumulate the parts necessary for assembly. - Assemble the cylinders, pumps, and motors, and then test them. - Operate the Microfinishing machine. - Operate the Honing machine. - Remove and install hydraulic components from vehicles. - Perform accurate and consistent measurements with one thousandths of an inch. - Perform routine housekeeping duties related to tools, materials, shop, and work areas. - May assist in other areas of the hydraulic shop as needed. - Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts u...
