Job DetailsJob Location: Pawhuska - Pawhuska, OK 74056Position Type: Regular Full-Time General Description: The Director of Strategic Planning leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Osage Nation’s long-term strategic plans and priority initiatives. This position works closely with leadership, departments, and community stakeholders to align Tribal goals with operational plans, funding strategies, and performance outcomes, supporting sustainable growth, strong governance, and the exercise of Tribal sovereignty. The Director is responsible for overseeing organizational reviews, communicating results to leadership and developing strategies based on organizational reviews. This position is responsible for updating the Osage Nation Strategic Plan, Resource Directory, and Osage Nation Census.
