Job Title: Manager, Contracts Location: Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX Summary: The Manager, Revenue Contracts is responsible for the overall administration of revenue contracts for EPRI. The Manager understands EPRI’s business policies, oversees the contracting activities from strategy through execution of agreements, and recognizes that the work performed under these contracts provision research and development (R&D) and commercial services within the global energy industry. Key responsibilities include managing a team of contract professionals, advising senior leadership on contractual challenges, reviewing legal terms, and optimizing contract lifecycles. This position supervises the Revenue Contracts team, directing the negotiation and administration of funding instruments for an annual contract portfolio greater than $200M. The Manager, Revenue Contracts seeks opportunities for process improvement and new strategies for customer contract negotiations.
