Job description

Job Title: General Labor (Stonefruit) Position: Non-Supervisory: Reports To: Production Supervisor: Hours/week: Varies: Job Responsibilities: - Perform general duties at the request of management - May operate equipm ent (when properly trained) - Maintain clean work area - Report hazards and injuries immediately to your supervisor - Assist in other areas as needed (Palletizing, Cleaning, Cover fiber and cardboard box making material to protect against sun, rain, wind, etc. - Keep area clean and safe. Pick up debris, strapping, plastic, wood, etc. to prevent falls. - Ability to operate hand jack pallet lift - Maintain machine clean and sanitized at all times. - Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: production data, machine operational status, safety data and quality data. - Ability to perform all other duties as requested by lead person or management. - Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices. - Comply with safety policies and procedures. - Work in conjunction with department leader to run the department with efficiency while producing high quality products. - Ensure that at end of shift, all unused material is returned to wareho...
