About the Role: The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for providing strategic and operational oversight of the Talent Acquisition function, including recruitment strategy, compliance, analytics, employer branding, and people leadership. This role ensures hiring efforts are aligned with business growth, workforce planning, and DEI objectives. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor partners with senior leadership and Human Resources teams to support organizational goals while overseeing Talent Team Leaders and the broader recruiting function.
