Position Description: Oklo is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead complex sourcing and purchasing execution efforts across critical reactor modules and high-value hardware assemblies. This role owns competitive sourcing strategy execution for technically intensive components and serves as a key commercial interface with strategic suppliers. This position reports to the Senior Procurement Manager and partners closely with engineering, legal and program leadership to ensure cost, quality, capacity, and schedule objectives are achieved. This position may be based in Santa Clara, CA or remote within the United States. Specific responsibilities may include: - Lead end-to-end execution of sourcing activities for complex assemblies and critical components - Develop and manage RFP packages, conduct detailed bid analysis, and drive supplier selection decisions - Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers - Issue and manage purchase orders in alignment with program milestones - Support should-cost analysis and cost-reduction initiatives - Identify sup...
